Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all JNCO tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our Los Angeles warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
